WHO handed Azerbaijan tests to identify monkeys smallpox

The Office of the World Health Organization (WHO) provided to Baku Azerbaijan for use if necessary 3,000 sets for testing on the OSPU of the monkeys.

However, as of June 30, 2022, 5322 cases of infection with the virus and one fatal outcome were recorded in 58 countries of the world.

“Azerbaijan is one of the first countries that have received these tests from WHO and these means to identify cases of infection and dissemination of the disease to determine the efforts of public health care aimed at prevention will help. We are aimed at supporting such tested measures as control over the control of countries, tracking of contacts and infected patients and isolation.
