A person who threatened to blow up the building of the department of the State Revenue Committee (Tax Service) in Gyumri, was established by the Armenian media reporting with reference to the police press service.
63-year-old man on Tuesday at 12:06 called 911 emergency service and stated that he would blow up the tax service building. He voiced a similar threat yesterday.
Law enforcement agencies quickly found and detained it. At the police station, the attacker said that he was under the influence of alcohol and did not fully understand what he was doing. He admitted that he actually had no intentions to blow up the building. An investigation is conducted.
