In the Armenian media, information has spread that allegedly after Iran and Russia will open the consulate in the Syunik region (West Zangezur), through the territory of which the Zangezur corridor will pass, and that supposedly Russia brought these intentions to the Armenian authorities through different channels.
But the press service of the Russian Embassy in Armenia denied this information, indicating that it was not true, there were no such appeals of the embassy.
