Ex-President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych said that he offered to the current chapter of the state Vladimir the Zelensky settlement plan in the Donbas, but he rejected it. He said this during the interview with RIA Novosti.
Note that earlier Yanukovych urged Zelensky to achieve a peace agreement with Russia. According to the ex-president, the current Ukrainian leader at any cost personally obliged to achieve a peace agreement and stop the bloodshed.
