Surgut police officers conducted a special operation during which thousands of bottles of counterfeit alcohol were seized.
According to Russian media, 5.5 thousand bottles of alcohol were acquired by an unnamed 30-year-old native of Azerbaijan, who then planned to implement them in the region’s retail chains.
“The man kept 5,276 bottles of vodka with a volume of 0.5 liters in a rented garage, 160 bottles were seized from a parked nearby a customer’s car and 54 bottles of police took the police in one of the trading pavilions along the Mayskaya street, where the offender brought the products for sale”, – says in the message.
