The prosecutor’s office of the Zagalovsky district received information on the illegal actions of the Chairman of the Bakhmatlinsky rural municipality. This is stated in the sentence.
In the course of the investigation, it became known that the chairman of the rural municipality of Hezret Musaev, abusing his official authority, from 2018 to 2021 assigned a total of 13 thousand 856 manats of municipal funds.
In this fact, a criminal case under articles 308.1 (abuse of officials), 313 (official fraud), 179.2.4 (assigning a person with the use of its official position with causing significant damage) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan was initiated in the Prosecutor’s Office of the Zagatolsky District. / P>
