If Armenia counts on the help of an organization of collective security agreement (CSTO), then if there is an interest in the Armenian side in the organization of the CSTO country, they would be ready to send a monitoring mission there, the representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Maria Zakharova said at a briefing.
She also noted that Russia in its intermediary mission takes into account allied relations with Armenia and Azerbaijan.
“Moscow is based on the entire complex of three -sided agreements of the highest level, which are the foundation for normalizing relations between Yerevan and Baku,” Zakharova said.
