President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky introduced the decision of the National Security Council and Defense of Ukraine “On Strategy for State Security”. The threat of state security in the document is indicated by Russia. The purpose of the strategy is to identify and prevent the external and internal threats to the state security of Ukraine.
“Public policies are sent to the timely identification and prevention of external and internal threats to the state security of Ukraine, the termination of intelligence, terrorist, sabotage and other unlawful encroachments of the special services of foreign countries, as well as organizations, individual groups and persons to the state security of Ukraine,” the document says which quote the Ukrainian media.
The text of the strategy states that the Russian Federation for the implementation of its own strategic goals in Ukraine, including the compromise of its statehood, continues a hybrid war, systemically applies political, economic, information and psychological and other funds, cyberatics.

Also in the document states that destructive propaganda abroad and inside the country provokes conflicts and undermines public unity, and that the current state of the strategic communications system makes it difficult to neutralize this threat on the background of the information expansion of the Russian Federation.
The strategy also provides for the fight against oligarchs, which established control over strategic enterprises and sectors of the national economy, including through the impact on political institutions and processes.
