Over the past day, the positions of the Azerbaijani army were fired by Armenian armed groups 19 times, the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan said.
According to the report, 16 of them occurred as a result of shelling from small arms of various calibers of the positions of the Azerbaijani army located in the Kelbadzharsky and Lachinsky districts from enemy positions located in the Basarkecharsky and Garakilsinsky districts of the Azerbaijani-Armenian state border.
In addition, members of the illegal Armenian armed formation on the territory of Azerbaijan, where Russian peacekeepers were temporarily deployed, fired at the positions of the Azerbaijani army three times.
There are no losses in personnel and technology. The Azerbaijani army took adequate response measures, the Azerbaijan Ministry of Defense reports.
