The head of the Luhansk region of Ukraine Sergey Gaidai said that more than 200 prisoners recruited in Russia in Ukraine are already in the region.
“more than 200 people were brought. They hold in a closed village, one of the settlements was blocked by posts, they caught up with equipment, these people are sitting there, there is no particular contact with them,” Gaidai said the Russian media.
