A long -time province of Izmir in the west of Turkey saved 44 illegal migrants off the coast of the district.
This was reported in the press service of the Office of the Coast Guard of Turkey.
Migrants requested help from the shore due to a malfunction of the motor boat, on which they tried to get to the opposite shore.
Saved migrants were taken to the regional department of Izmir on migration issues.
