In Azerbaijan, a public legal entity “Coordination Center for the donation of bodies and transplantation” under the Ministry of Health was created. The corresponding decision was signed by Prime Minister Ali Assadov.
According to the decision, the charter and structure of the coordination center for the donation of organs and transplantation are approved. The maximum number of employees of the center is determined in 30 staffing units.
It was established that the authorized fund of the Center is 300,000 manat and is formed at the expense of fixed assets.
