A criminal case has been initiated against the leader of the Armenian opposition Vazgen Manukyan. Member of the “Dashnaktsutyun” party Gegham Manukyan said this during a protest action in Yerevan.
The corresponding agenda was presented to the politician right during the rally in front of the building of the Armenian parliament.
“Today we learned that Vazgen Manukyan received a notification that the Investigative Committee of Armenia opened a criminal case against him,” TASS quotes Gegham Manukyan.
He also added that Vazgen Manukyan and other opposition representatives are used to this, and the department can send a dozen subpoenas if they do not feel sorry for the paper for this.
