The European Union will send two specialty to Turkey to extinguish forest fires, which are raised in this country for several days. One aircraft will be relocated from Spain, another – from Croatia, reported in Brussels on Sunday, August 1. This reports Deutsche Vell.

Meanwhile, the EU Commissioner for the settlement of crises and humanitarian assistance Yanese Lenarchich on his page on Twitter wrote that the EU would send three fire planes to assist in extinguishing ongoing fires in Turkey.

Lenarchich noted that the EU is fully solidary with Turkey due to continuing fires. He thanked Croatia and Spain for sending three fire-fighting aircraft Canadair. Spain will send two aircraft, Croatia – one.

According to him, the European authorities are constantly in contact with the Turkish authorities about this.
