Prosecutor’s Office of the Mingychevirsky district announced the detention of the deputy director of the city art gallery Fatma Alekperova, accused of extorting money from a citizen under the guise of employment.
The investigation established reasonable suspicions that Fatma Alekperov, having made false promises of hiring her friend in the Mingia City Hospital, took 7 thousand manat from him.
In fact, a criminal case has been instituted under articles 178.2.4 (fraud with causing significant damage) and 32.4, 312.1 (incitement to giving a bribe) of the Criminal Code.
Currently, the investigation in the case continues.
