According to the publication, the incident occurred at the Istanbul Hotel, located on Binagadino Shosse. A resident of the Goychay district, 39-year-old I. Mamedov, who arrived at the hotel with a familiar woman, suddenly died the night before. It is reported that the man died of a heart attack.
