In the election, Rubius Isaev’s lawyer was elected to the position of alternative chairman of the institution of the institution, having received the absolute majority of the votes of members of the Executive Council.
Thus, the representative of Azerbaijan was first elected an alternative chairman of the UNESCO appeal council.
It should be noted that the UNESCO appeal council is an administrative body created by the Director General to provide recommendations for appeals submitted by employees for administrative decisions or disciplinary measures within the framework of the organization’s working rules.
