In Baku in the Yasamal district detained persons who stole 70 thousand manat and gold jewelry for 40 thousand manat.
As reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan, the attacker hacked the safe in the apartment and kidnapped 70 thousand manat, gold jewelry for 40 thousand manat, laptop and cameras.
As a result of the operation conducted by the employees of the Yasamal district police department and the 29th Police Department, suspected of committing this crime Togrul Akhundzade and Idris Salakhov were detained. Takundzade turned out to be a close relative of the victim. The detainees admitted to the deed.
Part of the stolen money and gold jewelry was discovered and seized as material evidence. For detainees in the investigative department of the Yasamal district police, a criminal case was initiated under Article 177.3.2 (theft, with causing major damage) of the Criminal Code.
