The prosecutor’s office received information that on November 13, on the territory of the Shabranian district of Gulbahar Khudaverdiyeva, born in 1974, injuries were caused. It is reported by the General Prosecutor’s Office of Ar.
In the course of the inspection, it was found that the son of the victim Asim Hudalevdiev, 2001, in the course of the conflict that had arisen, inflicts numerous knives, tried to kill his mother Gulbahar Khudalevdiyev.
In fact, a criminal case was initiated under Article 29, 120.1 (attempt on intentional murder) of the Criminal Code.
With regard to Asymim Khudaverdieva, a preventive measure is elected by a court decision in the form of detention.
