The head of the financial service of the educational center of the Azerbaijani Army Rashard Melikzade was arrested, Apa reports.
According to the publication, he is accused of assigning almost 9 million manats in a criminal case in the amount of almost 9 million, the consequence of which continues in the state security service. He was charged under Art. 179.4 (appropriation on an especially large amount) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
In the Baku Military Court, a petition of the investigative authority was considered to choose a preventive measure in the form of arrest in relation to Rashad Melikzade.
The court examined the petition, and a preventive measure in the form of arrest for a period of 4 months was chosen in its respect.
