On the night of August 15, the prosecutor’s office of the Nasiminsky district received information about the murder of 24-year-old Nihyameddin Muradov.
According to Haqqin.az in the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan, reasonable suspicions were established that the murder was committed by 23-year-old Bakhtiyar Karaev. During the quarrel arising, he hit N. Muradov with a knife in the chest area.
On this fact, the prosecutor’s office of the Nasiminsky district opened a criminal case under article 120.1 (intentional murder) of the Criminal Code. Bakhtiyar Karaev was detained as a suspect and involved in the investigation. The investigation is currently ongoing.
Note that the murdered Nihyameddin Muradov was a participant in the Second Karabakh war and was awarded the medal “For the Liberation of the Gubadla”.
