April 29 at about 14:00 on the territory of the village of Safiyan of the Lachinsky district, Parvin Salahov (born in 1992) was blown up by an anti -personnel mine.
The Lachinsky District Prosecutor’s Office reported that during the preliminary investigation it was found that P. Salakhov, a working construction company that was involved in the work in this territory, received severe bodily harm, undermining a mine. An investigation is being conducted in the Lachinsky district prosecutor’s office.
