The Baku Court of Appeal made an acquittive sentence by accused of committing fraud in the amount of almost 1 million manat Ilham Hydirov and Iggord Mustafayev, reports Report.
By the decision of the court, the fact of fraud was not proved and therefore the verdict of the Baku court for grave crimes was canceled. I.Hidirov and N. Mustafayev were released in the courtroom.
According to the charges, I.Hydirov and N. Mustafayev took in several persons a total of 1 million manat under the guise of delivery from Russia compressor equipment for sale.
By the decision of the Baku court for grave crimes I. Khidirov was sentenced to 9 years 6 months of imprisonment, N. Mustafayev – by 5 years of imprisonment.
