Afghanistan will decide on education for women and girls

Afghanistan’s leadership will decide regarding the educational process for girls and girls, in March-April 2023, said Shakhabudin Delawar Minister and Oil Industry Minister and Oil Industry, TASS reports with reference to Ariana News.

“Hamal (March 21 – April 20), God will give, a decision will be made on secondary schools, primary schools and universities that will correspond to Sharia and Afghan traditions,” said Delawar.

On December 20, the Ariana News channel reported that the Taliban Ministry of Higher Education sent a letter to universities in which it notified that, on the basis of the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, classes for girls should be immediately suspended before the further order.

On Friday, the Taliban, as transmitted by the Aamaj News agency, introduced a ban on the presence of women at universities, including representatives of the faculty.

On Saturday, the Tolo News TV channel said that the Taliban Ministry of Economy ordered that all national and international non -governmental organizations remove women from work.

After the Taliban seizure in Afghanistan in mid-August 2021, classes in schools resumed on September 19, but only boys and male teachers were allowed to them. In March of this year, the Taliban forbade girls of middle and senior grades to attend classes in schools.
