In the women’s sector of the Foreigners Registration Center in Medininkai (Lithuania), the police had to calm the Africans participating in the riots, reports Delfi.
One of the foreigners bit the official, after which the police had to apply tear gas.
The Lithuanian State Border Protection Service made a statement, which states that 5 citizens of African countries arranged a riot, attacking Iranian living in the same sector, tried to take things from her and threatened. When officials intervened, furious women tried to escape the sector’s gate. The question of the beginning of the pre-trial investigation on the fact of resistance to officials is being decided.
Also in the agency noted that Lithuanian border guards prevented the transition of 96 migrants from Belarus in the last day.
