Agadzhanyan falsified case in Moscow

The Court of Moscow extended the detention period to the former investigator of the RF IC of the Russian Federation Levon Aghajanhan, who was detained in Moscow on charges of falsifying evidence and attracting innocent criminal liability in the case of shooting in the business center “Moscow-City”.

TASS reported in court that “the court extended Arrest Agadzhanyan for two months.”

Agadzhanyan is accused of art. 299 “Attracting knowingly innocent to criminal responsibility”, Art. 303 “Falsification of evidence” and Art. 285 “The abuse of official authority” of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, reminds the agency.

According to the RF IC, Agadzhanyan quit the investigator of the Chief Investigation Department of the SC of Russia in Moscow in February 2019, after which she took up advocacy. The fact of his illegal actions was revealed by investigators of the central office of the SC of Russia in the investigation of an existence of a criminal department generated from the production department of a permafront in the “OKO” tower in the center of “Moscow City”, which occurred in 2017. The preliminary investigation of this case was conducted by Aghajanyan. In CC, it is believed that during the investigation, he falsified the individual protocols of investigative actions and material evidence in a criminal case in order to undertake the role of the person involved in the crime. In addition, he was illegally attracted to the criminal responsibility of three citizens in respect of which the persecution is currently discontinued.

Shootout in the Tower “OKO” occurred in the evening of November 17, 2017. The guards of the businessman Gabriel Yushvaeva and Chop officers who watched the order participated in it. As a result of the collisions, seven people were injured.
