The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan reported shelling of the positions of the Azerbaijani military in the Kelbajar region by the Armed Forces of Armenia.
According to the post, on February 23 at 03:55, the divisions of the Armenian Armed Forces from the standpoint in the village of Yukhara Shenhja Basarkechar district, without visible reasons, were subjected to fire from small arms position of the Azerbaijani army deployed in the village of Zyilik Kelbajar district.
In the military department, they noted that the enemy was reproached by the enemy.
