Air landing in Poland arrived

Four C-17A Globemaster III military transport aircraft with divisions of the 82nd airborne division of the US Army arrived in Poland, Interfax reports.

Airplanes flying from the Fort Bregg base in North Carolina landed at the airport of the Polish city of Rzeszow, located 90 km from the border with Ukraine.

It is noted that at least 750 soldiers of the 18th airborne division of the US Army were transferred to Poland. By decision of Washington, there will be a total of 1.7 thousand American paratroopers in the brigade combat group of the 82nd airborne division.

On the eve of the airport of Rzeszow-Arenka, three boards with American paratroopers landed. Another Transportist C-17A Globemaster III arrived with a load from the air base under the city of Dover (Delaware state).

Recall that I had previously stated that there were about 3,000 additional servicemen to Poland and Romania to protect Eastern Europe from the possible spread of the crisis due to the concentration of Russian troops near Ukraine. At the same time, 1,000 American military in Europe will be moved to Romania.
