In Azerbaijan, the import of goods for the construction of airports in Fizuli, Lachin and Zangilane is released from customs duties, reports Trend.
The corresponding change in the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 91 of April 22, 1998 “On the rates of customs duties on export and import operations in Azerbaijan” approved the Prime Minister Ali Asadov.
In accordance with the amendment, approved “List on a commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of goods imported for the construction of airports in Fizulinsky, Lachinsky and Zanginsky districts.”
Approval of the list of goods imported for the construction of international airports in Fizuli, Lachin and Zangilane will be engaged in the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of Azerbaijan.
The decision comes into force in 30 days from the date of its publication and valid until January 1, 2024.
