On February 7, a telephone conversation was held between the prime minister of Azerbaijan Ali Assadov and Turkish Vice President Fuatom Octay, the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers said.
During the conversation, Assades expressed Octai condolences in connection with numerous human victims as a result of an earthquake in Turkey, wished the wounded recovery.
The Vice President of Turkey praised the solidarity of Azerbaijan at this difficult moment and expressed gratitude for the help provided by Baku with the aim of eliminating the consequences of a natural disaster, for supporting the search and rescue operations carried out in the area of the earthquake.
