Azerbaijan has proposed the creation of a mechanism to ensure the payment of alimony appointed by the court for the maintenance of a child – the Alimony Fund.
This proposal was reflected in the report of the Ombudsman of Azerbaijan on the results of activities for 2020.
Another recommendation is to develop and apply a mechanism for the allocation of funds to government agencies to ensure that they pay funds to citizens on the basis of court orders.
