Presidents of Belarus and Azerbaijan Alexander Lukashenko and Ilham Aliyev held a telephone conversation this morning. BelTA reported in the press service of the Belarusian leader.
Heads of state discussed the situation in both countries, exchanged views on topical issues.
Alexander Lukashenko thanked the colleague for supporting and delivering hydrocarbon raw materials to Belarus. With the satisfaction of the head of state noted the growth of turnover between the countries and the presence of great potential in the development of double-sided relations.
The President of Azerbaijan informed in detail about the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, brought the position of Azerbaijan on a well-known incident, which arose some time ago.
As Alexander Lukashenko emphasized, in Belarus hopes that the situation will be permitted in the coming days.
