“Today I reported this to my Armenian colleague in the presence of Secretary of State Blinken. But we will be able to start this only when a Russian citizen, a criminal oligarch, a person who was engaged in money laundering in Europe, – Ruben Vardanyan will leave our territory” , – noted the head of state.
