Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev today called the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the official website of the head of state reports.
The Head of State noted that the news of numerous human victims and destruction as a result of an earthquake in Turkey greatly shocked and upset Azerbaijan.
