Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan can meet in Russia and hold tripartite negotiations with the participation of Russian President Vladimir Putin, the newspaper Vedomosti writes.
It is noted that negotiations can be held in the last days of October, Moscow and Sochi are considered as the main places for their holding, and the choice is likely to fall on Sochi.
