Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and the first lady Mehriban Aliyeva got acquainted with the construction of a new residential complex in the city of Shusha, Azertja reports.
It is noted that the special representative of the president in the Shushinsky district Aydin Kerimov informed the head of state and the first lady about the work done.
The total construction area of the residential complex is about 8 hectares. It will consist of 23 buildings. The construction of eight buildings began on July 1 of this year, and construction on September 15 – 1.
It was emphasized that there will be 450 apartments in the residential complex. Here, the number of one -room apartments is 28, two -room apartments – 195, three -room – 190, four -room – 30, and five -room – 7. The buildings will be 3 and 5 -storey. The complex will create all the conditions for the comfortable residence of the inhabitants. Extensive improvement and landscaping will also be carried out on the territory.
