The head of the Lugansk Regional Military Administration, Sergei Gaidai, said that the Russians destroyed all the bridges leading to the city, but assured that the Ukrainian military was not blocked there. Gaidai said about this on Facebook.
“All bridges are destroyed, but Severodonetsk is not blocked. There are communication with the city. The Russians did not completely capture Severodonetsk, part of the city under Ukrainian control.
All bridges leading to the regional center are destroyed.
Evacuation and supply of humanitarian goods are impossible. The remaining Severodonets survive in extremely difficult conditions, ”Gaidai notes.
He assured that the Ukrainian military could send the wounded to medical institutions. At the same time, evacuation from the city is impossible.
In addition, the Russians are powerfully continuing to shell Lisichansk. There is evacuation from this city, humanitarian goods are imported daily.
According to the head of the OVA, even in case of rapid expulsion of Russians from Severodonetsk, it will not be possible to resume the communications of the city before winter.
