Ally of Marshal Dustum returned to Afghanistan

The comrade-in-arms of Marshal Abdul-Rashid Dustum Nizamuddin Kaisari returned to Afghanistan, Tolonews reports.

According to information, Kaisari flew to Kabul from Iran at the invitation of the commission on the return formed by the Taliban for the return of officials, politicians and military personnel of the overthrown Afghan government.

Kaisari under the previous government led the police in the County of the Caisar of the Province Faryab. He was also a representative of Dustum in the power structures of the region.
