The prosecutor’s office of the Beylany district received information on the application of violence against the staff of the district police department in the village of Ashagy Cheenelli.
As reported by Haqqin.az in the district prosecutor’s office, during the proceedings it was established that the staff of the postpatrum service of the Beylany district police station Mirshahib Abdullayev and Sarvan Chiragzade demanded from the resident of the village of Eldaniz Alyushev, born in 1981, to present documents for a double-rich hunting rifle. E. Alyshev said that the gun was not registered. In response to the requirement of police officers, a man shot the weapon, as a result of which Ranil S. Schirogzade on the right leg. When Alyshev tried to produce a second shot, police officers managed to neutralize it.
In the Beylagan district prosecutor’s office, a criminal case was initiated under Article 315 (resistance or application of violence against the authority) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
