The US Armed Forces Command in the Indo-Pacific region (IndoPacom) condemned the latest tests of ballistic missiles conducted by the DPRK.
“The United States condemn these actions and urge North Korea to refrain from further illegal and destabilizing steps,” follows the statement of the command.
In addition, the statement notes that the launch of missiles is not a threat to American military personnel, the US territory or allies in the region.
Rocket tests in North Korea
According to Yonhap, with reference to the United Committee of the Headquarters of South Korea, North Korea carried out the next launches of missiles.
In the period from 08:10 to 09:20 local time, several low -range missiles towards the Japanese (Eastern) Sea were launched from the Vonsan area.
The missiles flew in the northeast direction, reached a maximum height of about 100 km and flew about 800 km, after which they fell into the sea.
The Ministry of Defense of Japan also reported that, according to preliminary data, all missiles fell outside the Japanese exclusive economic zone.
