An earthquake occurred on border of Russia and Kazakhstan

The network of seismological stations of Kazakhstan registered an earthquake of magnitude 4.4 on the border of the republic with Russia.

This was reported by the seismological experimental and methodological expedition of the Kazakhstan Ministry for Emergencies.

The underground impetus was recorded at 18:35 in time of Astana (16:35 by Baku).

The epicenter was 928 km northeast of Almaty on the border of Kazakhstan and Russia. The hearth lay at a depth of 10 km.
