An exhibition “July 15 in 15 frames” was opened in Ankara “

An exhibition of paintings “July 15 in 15 frames” dedicated to the events of the period of preventing the coup on July 15, 2016 in Turkey was opened in Ankara.

At the exhibition organized at the Museum of Democracy – July 15, paintings by the artist Mehmet Korkmaza are presented.

The opening of the exhibition was attended by the Deputy Head of the Department of Cultural Heritage and Museums under the Ministry of Culture of Turkey, Seit Ahmet Arslan, adviser to Turkey, Turgut Aslan, representatives of the public.

Alan, speaking at the event, noted that on July 15, 2016 he wrote a heroic epic in the history of Turkey.

According to him, the events of July 15 should not be forgotten in memory of the heroes who gave their lives for the protection of democracy of Turkey.

Among the work presented at the exhibition, the most attention was attracted by the picture, which depicts the historical performance of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on the air calling for citizens.

The exhibition will be open to visiting until July 22.
