In Iran over the past 24 hours, 542 fatal outcome among people with COVID-19 were recorded: this is the highest in the entire pandemic indicator for this country, IRNA reports with reference to the Iranian Ministry of Health.
According to the statistical site Worldometer, the previous maximum rate of daily mortality was recorded in November 2020: then it amounted to 483 cases.
Thus, in Iran, the total number of COVID-19 contaminated due to infection exceeded the mark of 94 thousand.
