Ankara supports Kyiv’s plan

The Foreign Minister of Turkey Mevlut Chavushoglu said that Ankara supports Kyiv’s plan from 10 points to resolve the situation in Ukraine, according to him, the Turkish side is working on the document.

“We believe that this war will end at the negotiating table. It will be better if we achieve this as soon as possible. In Istanbul in March last year there were certain developments, but new parameters, reality appeared. Russia now expresses readiness for negotiations, Zelensky put forward a plan of 10 points. We, being Turkey, support this plan, we are working on this. We set the goal of challenge at some points. Earlier, the American newspaper Wall Street Journal, with reference to sources in European and Ukrainian diplomatic circles, reported that the environment of Vladimir Zelensky is refining his plan of peaceful settlement in Ukraine out of ten points and intends to present his ideas around February.
