By decree of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, another service was added to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, another service was added to the National Security Communications and Social Protection of the Population. In accordance with the Decree of the Head of State of May 18, 2021, the powers in the field of state compulsory personal insurance of life and health of military personnel and persons of a number of other categories were transferred to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
According to the decree of December 29, 2021, state-owned personal insurance servicemen and the management of these insurance funds will be carried out by the State Fund for Social Protection of the population under the Ministry of Labor. In this regard, the relevant services will be provided in the Centers of Dost.
