The Secretary General of the United Nations (UN) Antoniu Guterrish resolutely condemned the terrorist act in the concert hall in Moscow.
The UN press service has spread a written statement about the attack.
It says that as a result of the attack, 40 people or more than 100 were injured. Guterres expressed condolences to families who lost their loved ones and the Russian government.
