Russia intends to minimize the military campaign in Ukraine after the complete seizure of Donetsk and Lugansk regions and return to peace negotiations to relieve sanctions. According to him, the current Russian offensive in the Donbass is progressing not as expected in Moscow, since the Russians oppose “evil and motivated” the most combed Ukrainian units.
