On the night of May 4, in Gatchina in the Leningrad Region, there was a conflict, in which natives of Azerbaijan suffered. The incident broke into a fight with shooting. About this “Nevsky news” reported a source in law enforcement agencies.
As it founded, the 32-year-old unemployed resident of Gatchina, hit the 44-year-old Azerbaijanis entrepreneur from the Novgorod region and fired from a traumatic pistol in a 41-year-old citizen of Azerbaijan. The first was hospitalized with a cut wound head, and the second – with a gunshot wound right hips.
Arrow detained just a couple of hours after the conflict. For him, a criminal case was brought under Art. 213 h. 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Hooliganism”). A citizen of Azerbaijani was also detained from the shot, with respect to which the administrative protocol was made for violating the rules of entry into Russia (or staying in it).
