Armen Sargsyan believes that Armenia should return to presidential rule

Armenia should change the constitution to reiterate the republic with the presidential form of government and a more predictable country for all. According to RIA Novosti, Armen Sargsyan, speaking on video calls during the Qatari Economic Forum.
