On the night of September 4 to 5, units of the Armed Forces of Armenia from the standpoint in the direction of the settlements of Asagi Sorge and Yukhara Sordia Basarkechyarsky district, on the state border, subjected to shelling of various caliber positions of the Azerbaijani army in the direction of the settlements of Ellidge and Zivel Kelbadzharsky district, the press service of the Ministry of Defense reports.
As a result of adequate response measures of the units of the Azerbaijani army, the fire was suppressed.
